Billing and usage
Review compute usage, tenant rollups, and cost estimates where available.
Usage and billing surfaces are under Settings -> Admin / Billing when available to your role.
What usage can include
EpistaBase records compute usage at backend and runtime boundaries. Examples include:
- analysis actor minutes
- notebook session runtime
- flow local compute time
- shared app/control-plane usage
- storage snapshots
- LLM cost when governed AI is enabled
What to look for
| Field | Meaning |

| Workspace | Where usage is attributed. |
| Sub-app | Flow, analysis, app, notebook, or another source. |
| Metric | Actor minutes, CPU seconds, storage bytes, cost, or credits. |
| Window | The time interval covered. |
| Source | Which subsystem wrote the usage row. |
Current caveat
Usage surfaces are useful for visibility and estimates. Treat billing-critical export or chargeback workflows as admin-reviewed until your deployment has a confirmed policy and reconciliation process.
