Find personal settings and workspace-level governance controls.
Open Settings from the sidebar.
Profile
Use Profile for account-level details and preferences.
Workspace
Use Workspace settings for workspace metadata and policy. Current workspace settings can affect data, analyses, imaging, and catalog surfaces.
Workspace policy can include governance controls such as PHI handling, audit granularity, macro/label image behavior, and Provenance Explorer availability. Exact controls depend on the deployed feature set.
When to ask an admin
Ask a workspace admin when:
- you can sign in but do not see the expected workspace
- a project is missing
- Provenance is disabled
- image or catalog access is denied
- your role does not allow the edit you need
